Our Business to Business Solution
We provide you with a fully-legal and compliant HIP for direct-sell or re-sale to your seller clients. The HIP’s will be produced under your company’s branding. You can self-supply EPC’s and searches and choose your own solicitors to add to the system. You set your mark-up to your clients.
Fully-managed HIP system
The only information we require from you is the address and contact details of the seller. You can provide these via your our online system or by contacting us by your preferred method. We take care of everything else based on the products we have pre-arranged to offer them with you. We call the seller to take all of the required details and provide them with progress updates and you with an online tracking facility. Or you can keep total control of the process and use our web ordering facility to manage the process in house.
